S.H.A.P.E. Test

We’re so excited for you to take the S.H.A.P.E. test! This test covers 5 areas to help you understand how you can best contribute to the ministry of the Island Church. There are 5 sections:

(1.) S-piritual gifts (2.) H-eart (3.) A-bilities (4.) P-ersonality (5.) E-xperiences

1. Fill out each section below, and try to be as honest with yourself as possible. The goal of this assessment is to Narrow your God Given “S.H.A.P.E.” so we can fit you into what God is doing at The Island Church.

2. Put your name and email address at the bottom of the form, plus add in an email address of a leader at your Church that can help you discover God’s Path/Will for your life, based upon your God-Given S.H.A.P.E., then click “Submit”.

3. Your Growth Track Leader will receive the results and go over them with you at the end of week two.

NOTE: This assessment takes 30-60 minutes, and must be completed in one sitting.
